During that time he’s worked with some of our city’s top talent including a sous chef stint with Susar Lee at the legendary Lotus. Since then, he has held the reins at several eclectic eateries including Tipplers, The Mercer Street Grill, YYZ Restaurant and Wine Bar, and Great Cooks on 8. His current position as Executive Chef at the always-fashionable Ultra Supper Club has proven to be an exhilarating challenge to meet the high profile clientele’s discerning taste.
