Grayson Sherman

Born in New Westminster, British Columbia and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, chef Grayson Sherman is known for his creative and fresh cuisine. The former partner and executive chef at Savoir Fare catering in Calgary had stints at Catering by Framboise in New York and Clemens Restaurant in Connecticut. Amongst his many accolades, Sherman was one of chefs worldwide to cook at the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics, and more recently won $10,000 on Food Network Canada’s Doughnut Showdown. When he isn’t travelling between Jelly Modern Doughnuts two outposts in Calgary and  Toronto, he can be found at home in downtown Connaught in Calgary.
