Neat!  Well briefly, as a Sagittarius the aim has never been too specific. I started out as a child of the fifties, worked through disco and new wave eras while trying to study  with plans on becoming a veterinarian, followed by a close call with chemical engineering.  This led me to a few years as a stripper (film stripper that is) at a colour separation and graphics house.  This spiked my interest in design, so I bagged it all in and went to Ryerson.  Still needing to eat, I got a job washing dishes, then waiting, and ended up on Queen West.  The restaurant and night club thing seems to have stuck because here I am, a quarter century later balancing the books instead of the dishes, but still at the Rivoli.

Packaged food I can’t live without…..”Being a good Canadian lad, nothing can replace the ubiquitous KRAFT DINNER.  I know, I know, it sound’s corny but I have always loved the stuff.  Italpasta and Presidents Choice are close runners-up, but I still go for the KRAFT.  I even have a favourite Bruce Marsh recipe that involves adding frozen peas and a can of tuna – et voila – a delicious meal.”
