Paul Silva is a chef and chef instructor at George Brown School Centre of Hospitality and Culinary Arts.  He has been in the industry for fifteen years, working at some of Toronto’s top restaurants, event facilities and hotels, with stints at Food Network Canada and catering companies.   His pantry is incomplete without a six-pack each of No Frills Smooth Peanut Butter and Dan T’s Inferno Whitehot Sauce.  And don’t hate him for loving the Buffalo Sabers.
