Lora Kirk found her love of cooking from her mother and grandmother who cooked using fresh ingredients from her family’s farm in Peterborough. She studied at Algonquin College then apprenticed under Lynn Crawford at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto. Her next step involved heading abroad, moving to London, England for two years to work with Angela Hartnett at the Connaught Hotel. Currently, she is the chef at Truffles at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto.
