Jenn Stone is the chocolatier and owner of js bonbons, a retail and wholesale company producing handmade chocolates. Her years spent working in the pastry kitchens of a number of Toronto’s top restaurants, combined with further studies at the Culinary Institute of America and the International School of Confectionary Arts prepared her well. Her boutique is filled with delicious sweets of all kinds – hand dipped chocolates, truffles, barks, toffee, maple candied pecans, chocolate covered fruits and her own special blend of spiced hot cocoa.

At js bonbons she brings a youthful and contemporary edge to a time honored trade. Her store specialties include individual chocolates paired with lemon and thyme, chai tea, coriander and lime, lavender, earl gray tea and rosemary. Her innovative approach to working with chocolate paired with sassy packaging has led to national distribution and a rapid rise in corporate sales.

As well as teaching weekly chocolate making classes in the js bonbons kitchen, Jenn guest teaches at local cooking schools, does demos and tastings around Toronto and is also involved in many various charity events, donating both her products and her time. She has appeared on such shows as Christine Cushing Live (Food Network Canada), Culture Shock (CBC Newsworld), The Toronto Show (Toronto One) Party Dish (Food Network Canada) and Last Call (Toronto One). She has been profiled in the Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Star, Canadian Business Magazine, Toronto Life and Now Magazine.

Now in it’s seventh year of operation, js bonbons is a multi faceted operation with a intimate boutique storefront, an on-site kitchen with teaching facilities and an additional packaging location.
