Joanna Sable

Joanna Sable is a Cordon Bleu chef, with 30 years of food industry experience.

Joanna has worked all over the world, on many occasions with globally renowned chefs. She has substantial experience with successful catering companies, and has worked with food businesses to “freshen up” their look and feel, with creative local menu planning and recipe development. She worked as head of North American sales for Sable and Rosenfeld foods, from its inception in 1975.

Presently Joanna is the owner of Bumpercrop, a local Ontario canning company. Her insight and industry knowledge helped her to start the business from scratch. Bumpercrop pickles unusual fruits and vegetables and creates savoury jams. These delicious products are sold in high-end retail outlets throughout Ontario.
