Malcolm Jolley is the Editor of Good Food Revolution (www.goodfoodrev.com) a weekly online magazine that serves the good food movement in Southern Ontario.  Malcolm writes the Ingredients column for the National Post and has written for Gourmet.com, as well as City Bites and Edible Toronto. Malcolm is a Fellow of the Ontario Hospitality Institute and sits on the Steering Committee of Terroir, Toronto’s annual hospitality symposium.
